I have had good luck with The MacPac in the past and would not hesitate to turn to them for service in the future. However I would have liked to have been notified of my repair's status at least apprising me when the parts had arrived and when I could expect to pick up my repaired computer. In the end everything worked out and my iMac is back to normal. And like I said I *will* go back to MacPac in the future. It is a quality shop! I just wish they'd do a little better job of keeping their customers informed.
