Return / Refund Policy

PowerMacPac makes every effort to insure our customers get the right item for their needs. From time to time it is necessary to return or exchange a product. You must verify all defective products.

- All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales invoice. (or be found in the POS)

- All returns/exchanges must occur within 14 days from the date of the invoice.

- All returns must be complete (Boxes, packing material, registration cards, etc.)

- Unopened products can be returned within 14 days

- All opened box returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

- Defective products can only be exchanged.

- Software: Opened software can only be exchanged for the same item. If PowerMacPac determines the software to be incompatible, then it can be exchanged for a different item.

- Memory not installed by PowerMacPac can only be replaced under manufacturer's warranty.

- Computers and Peripherals (all serialized product): may be returned within 14 days. Returns must be complete (including all boxes, packing material, manuals, power cord, cables, registration card, etc.) These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus additional charges for all missing items. Any item that is Inoperable Upon First Use (IUFU) can be exchanged. IUFU products must be complete.

PowerMacPac Returned Check Policy - All returned checks are subject to a $25 service charge.

Non Apple Warranty Facilitation Policy - All non-Apple products returned to the vendor for repair or replacement under warranty are subject to a $65 handling fee plus any applicable freight charges.

Shipping Policy

- All orders will ship the next business day. A product ordered for overnight delivery on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday. Every measure is taken to confirm the accurracy of our shipping charges including insurance for the product(s) being shipped.
